Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with corporate, commercial law, IPR, and litigation assignments.
• Contract drafting and review, along with court visits.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and advisory work.
• Assist with regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

Eligibility:

• 3-year or 5-year LL.B. students.
• Freshers may apply.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Interest in Corporate Law and Business Advisory.
• Prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in litigation are encouraged to apply.

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month.
