Internship Opportunity With M A G Legal Associates, Maharashtra

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Eligibility:

• Available for part-time or full-time offline internship/professional engagement.
• Able to commence immediately.
• Minimum commitment of 3 months.
• Strong interest in litigation and court practice.
• Women restarting or beginning their legal careers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with litigation and non-litigation drafting.
• Attend court proceedings and undertake procedural work across Maharashtra.
• Conduct legal research, client coordination, and case management.
• Assist with e-filing, digital court procedures, and office practice.
• Gain exposure to property, revenue, civil, criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and financial matters.
• Work on matters involving BNS, NDPS Act, POCSO Act, MCOCA, Negotiable Instruments Act, and other special statutes.

Programme Details: Practical exposure to litigation, drafting, court appearances, legal research, procedural work, and day-to-day legal practice.

Important: Physical attendance at the office, courts, and other legal authorities is mandatory. No remote or work-from-home arrangement is available.
