Duration: Minimum 3 months
Eligibility:
- Available for part-time or full-time offline internship/professional engagement.
- Able to commence immediately.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Strong interest in litigation and court practice.
- Women restarting or beginning their legal careers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with litigation and non-litigation drafting.
- Attend court proceedings and undertake procedural work across Maharashtra.
- Conduct legal research, client coordination, and case management.
- Assist with e-filing, digital court procedures, and office practice.
- Gain exposure to property, revenue, civil, criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and financial matters.
- Work on matters involving BNS, NDPS Act, POCSO Act, MCOCA, Negotiable Instruments Act, and other special statutes.
Programme Details: Practical exposure to litigation, drafting, court appearances, legal research, procedural work, and day-to-day legal practice.
Important: Physical attendance at the office, courts, and other legal authorities is mandatory. No remote or work-from-home arrangement is available.
